Alhaji Rufai holds a bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Alhaji Rufai had his career in Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) where he rose to the position of Group General Manager and Head Corporate Audit.He is an Industrialist with interest in Agro business, Technology and Communication, Oil and Gas. He is a Director of many Companies among which are Positive Options Limited and Paki International Motors Limited. The first is involved in Telecommunications and Information Technology Support Services and the second a dealer of Automobiles.

He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Holds an MBA from the University of Lagos (1986). He has worked as Group Financial Director, Gemini Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Group Head, Financial Institutions, Crystal Bank/Standard Trust Bank (now UBA PLC).He has held the position of group Head, Commercial Treasury and Regional Manager (North) in Gateway Bank Plc.(now Intercontinental Bank Plc) before he was appointed by Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to the Board of City Express Bank Plc, 2005 as Executive Director Operations. He was appointed in Sept, 2007 as Group Executive Director Finance and Information Technology in African Petroleum Plc, a position he held before the appointment as Group Managing Director of ARS GROUP.

Mr. Chukwu has over 34 years working experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. He began his career with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and occupied several senior positions in the group, including Group Executive Director, Exploration and Production, Group Executive Director Refining and Petrochemicals Group GM – National Petroleum Investment Management Services (NAPIMS) and MD National Engineering and Technical Company Limited (NETCO). He was a Member Board of the Brass LNG and NETCO Dietsmann and a pioneer member of the Nigeria Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (NEITI). Following his retirement, Mr. Chukwu continues to lend his expertise and experience to the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry as independent director on the board of several service companies.Mr. Chukwu holds a B.Sc in Applied Geophysics from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), and post graduate degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the IFP-School, France and University of Port Harcourt. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationist (NAPE), fellow Institute of Petroleum Studies, University of Port Harcourt and fellow Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS).

Chief Francis A. Alimikhena is the Chairman of ARS Engineering Company Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Buckingham and a Bachelor of Law from Nigerian Law School. He had his career in the Nigerian Army from 1968 and 2000. He was commissioned as a lieutenant in 1982 and promoted a Major in 1992. He was awarded the Forces Service Star (FSS) in 1999. This is an honour meant for services Officers who have served the Army without blemish. He held various positions in the Nigerian Army. He was Adjutant, Army Garrison (1985/89), Staff officer Grade One of Army Headquarters. Other positions held are Senior Officer (finance), Nigerian Army School of Engineering, Makudi, Nigerian Army Pension Board and Army Petroleum Trust Fund (1999 – 2000). He retired from the Army a a Major in 2000. Chief Francis A. Alimikhena is currently the Managing partner of Global Chambers (A Law Firm). He is also the Chairman of Falzal Group of Companies. He is a member of IBB Golf and Country Club and a Patron of many Social Clubs.

Mr. Zekeri is chartered Accountant and Chartered Banker. He has worked in Barclays Bank (now UBN Plc), D.O Dafinone & Co. (Chartered Accountants), International Merchant Bank (IMB) and Allstates Trust Bank Plc. As an Executive Director before retiring to form Keri Associates Ltd, a Banking, Financial and Management Consulting Group as the Managing Director. He is also a director in United Bank for Africa (UBA)

Mr. Emodi is an Industrialist and Philanthropist. He is the Chairman of Tokyo Industries Ltd. the Company is into Food and Packages Water production. He is also a Director in Emodi E. Enterprises Ltd. (a Family Business). He is a Director in so many other Companies as well.

Mrs. Gold N. Eche holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Languages from Abia State University and a Postgraduate Diploma from Rice University, Houston, Texas, United States of America. She has tremendous experience in Oil and Gas, Real Estate and Capital Market.Gold Eche had worked with Mobile Producing Nigeria Unlimited in Various capacities before proceeding to the United States on posting.She has worked as Public Relation Officer in West Houston Assistant Ministries, Texas, USA. She is a Director in Veson Nigeria Limited. The Company has interest in Real Estate, Capital Market and Petroleum.

Joseph O. Okwigbedi holds Bachelor’s and Masters Degree in Physics and Construction Technology respectively from the University of Lagos.Mr Okwigbedi was Project Maintenance Engineer in 1993. He joined Africa Petroleum plc in 1994. He was Regional Engineer (2003) Project Engineer 2000 and General Manager and Chief Executive of AP of AP Properties Ltd. before joining ARS GROUP as the General Manager, Pipeline Construction and Maintenance of the ARS Engineering Limited.

M.Aliyu. Agbomheikhe holds an HND from Federal Polytechnic, Auchi (1983), LLB from the University of Lagos (2004), LB from the Nigerian Law School.He was a Project Manager with El Rufai & Partners, Quantity surveyor (1988 – 1993). He joined the United Bank of Africa Plc and worked variously as Manager – Cost Control, Head Branch Network expansion 2005 and Head Facilities Management 2006. He was made Head General Services and Procurement in 2007.He was a principal partner in M.A. Aliyu and Partners before joining African Royal Shipping Lines Limited as General Manager.
